TERMS OF SERVICE

1. CONSENT

You hereby authorise us and our officers and staff members to perform the services listed in the form.

2. CREDIT VALIDITY AND USAGE

Client credits issued by Quantractors are valid for the lifetime of the client’s account. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time to purchase eligible services or products. Quantractors reserves the right to modify the eligibility of services and products for credit use, providing reasonable notice to clients.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances; please contact us to discuss.

4. LATE ARRIVALS

We value your time and strive to maintain our schedule. A 15-minutes grace period is allowed. If, after 60 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, access to the service location has not been granted (e.g., the client is unavailable or has not opened the door), or the client is otherwise unavailable to receive service, the appointment will be considered cancelled. In such cases, the penalty fee of $100.00 will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur; please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate any delays.

5. REFUND POLICY

From the date seven (7) days after the time of purchase, all packages sold are not refundable, shareable, transferable or exchangeable.

6. POTENTIAL PROJECT CHALLENGES

Clients acknowledge that project execution may encounter unforeseen challenges, including but not limited to changes in scope, material availability, regulatory approvals, or third-party delays. Quantractors will make reasonable efforts to mitigate these challenges, but cannot guarantee against delays, cost increases, or other unforeseen circumstances. Open communication and client cooperation are essential for successful project completion.

7. FEEDBACK AND CLAIMS

We aim to provide the best service and an enjoyable experience for all our customers. Should you have any feedback, please submit any feedback in writing to sales@quantractors.sg within 7 days from the date of service so that we can investigate what went wrong. You may expect a response within 7 to 14 days after submitting your claim to us.

8. DISCLAIMERS, WAIVER, INDEMNITY

  • No Guarantees: Quantractors does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or profits from using its services or products. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and effort.
  • Third-Party Services: Quantractors may utilize third-party services or products as part of their offerings. Quantractors are not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from third-party services.
  • Changes to Services: Quantractors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of their services or products at any time without prior notice.
  • Force Majeure: Quantractors are not liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures in service caused by events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.
  • Amendments: Quantractors reserve the full rights to modify, alter, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

II. Waiver:

  • Liability Waiver: By using Quantractors’ services or products, you agree to waive any claims against Quantractors for any damage, losses, or injuries arising from their use, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or personal injury.
  • Intellectual Property Waiver: You understand and agree that Quantractors retain all intellectual property rights to their services, products, and materials. You are not granted any rights to reproduce, distribute, or modify Quantractors’ intellectual property.

III. Indemnity:

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantractors, its employees, agents, and representatives from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Quantractors’ services or products.

9. Limitation of Liability: 

Quantractors’ liability for any claim arising from the provision of design services, project management services, or any other services offered by Quantractors is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service(s) giving rise to the claim. Quantractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of goodwill, data loss, or personal injury.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore and waive any objection to proceedings in any such court on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that the proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
